When existing client House of Fisher, a leading serviced apartment provider in the South East, announced its development plans for a new, state-of-the-art apart-hotel in Reading, Big Bark launched an integrated marketing campaign to create increasing awareness of the facility throughout its 9 month build and to generate advance demand from customers and prospects.

 

Website – The first step was to develop a new, search engine optimised website with large CGI photos to entice visitors. The website established 100 Kings Road online visibility and thus, part of the initial research phase for travellers and agents.

All marketing and PR efforts were designed to drive traffic to the website and encourage visitors to call to book a tour when the facility opened in January 2014 or request additional information.
eDM shots – To build relationships with past guests and prospects from other properties in the House of Fisher portfolio, Big Bark created electronic direct mail shots and mailed to the targeted lists.
Social Media – Messaging was strengthened with regular interaction on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest and the blog, all managed by Big Bark.
Sales collateral – Glossy print and digital flip brochures were created along with presentations for sales teams making visits to booking agents.
Signage – Working with the construction company Big Bark designed fully bespoke external signage as well as extensive promotional signage for the building’s exterior during build.
The 50 suite apart-hotel at 100 Kings Road is now fully open and the booking levels have been phenomenal. Integrated Marketing works!
